Kids for Kids: For Teachers

2020-2021 School Year Project

By the winter of 2021, it was evident that students and teachers alike were in need of a morale boost after an incredibly difficult school year.

Kids for Kids: For Teachers was an off-shoot of the original Kids for Kids endeavor. Selected student artists from four Allegheny County school districts received nominations of teachers, submitted by their peers, detailing appreciation for their teachers' hard work and dedication. The student artists took inspiration from the nominations to create pieces of art for these teachers, which were presented at the end of the 2020-2021 school year.
